Eric has worn many hats throughout his career from strategist to entrepreneur to author to idea facilitator. A self-described behaviorist, Eric’s passion is to uncover what makes people tick and design experiences to move the them. Eric has applied this passion to both marketing and brainstorming. From a marketing perspective, Eric has actively researched shopper behavior in multiple product categories over the past decade. Eric’s search uncovered something provocative – we all have primal motivations driving our purchase decisions. In his book, Primal Shopper, Eric reveals this shopper DNA, it’s predictability, and how it can be used to power your marketing. From a creative perspective, Eric has led well over one-thousand brainstorming sessions during the past 20 years. As an idea facilitator, he developed best practices on how to get people out of their comfort zone, increase collaboration, and generate great ideas.
